CULTIVAR:
Native to Istria.
CHARACTERISTICS:
Buga is quite a vigorous tree, it has a dense foliage made of medium-sized, lanceolate leaves. Fruits are medium, big-sized, rounded, and of a dark green colour.
PRODUCTION:
A fresh, bitter and spicy oil can be obtained by olive pressing.
