Acacia Baileyana

DESCRIPTION:

The Acacia Baileyana, also known as Cootamundra wattle, is a perennial plant of the Genus Acacia, native to Australia. It can develop into a shrub or a tree, it can reach up to 5-6 meters in height and can have a diameter of 3-4 meters.
This tree has an abundant flowering: it produces golden yellow flower clusters of 10-12 cm between January and February.

USES AND FUN FACTS:

It is used in gardens or free-growing hedges.

WEATHER RESISTANCE: 

This tree prefers dry soils and full exposure to sunlight. It can stand frost up to -6/-8 °C.
